Privacy & request removal
LeadPath is a DBA of Art Official Works LLC, operating in Texas, United States. This notice covers this website and requests for the LeadPath pilot. Paid bookings are not open. A request does not authorize us to test a website.
What a request stores
Your work email, optional business or agency name, website URL, proposed journeys, optional note, whether you are an owner or agency, your statement about arranging permission, submission time, consent version, and request reference. A hash of your private removal code lets you remove the request; the original code is only shown in your receipt.
When a supported campaign link is used, the request may include a simple arrival tag such as “chatgpt-ad-a.” This is unverified context, not proof that an ad caused a request. We do not collect the full referring URL or query string for attribution, or set advertising cookies.
How your details are used
The operator uses your details to assess fit, plan the pilot, and contact you about this request. Information may be processed with AI assistance through the operator’s connected tools. It is not sold, published, or used to enroll you in unrelated marketing. No website scan or test starts from this form.
Storage and providers
The website and its private database are hosted by Cloudflare. The operator uses Codex and connected tools to process requests. These providers may process technical request data to operate and secure their services. This site adds no advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics.
How long information is kept
Inquiry entries become eligible for removal from the active list after 90 days and are removed at the next cleanup. Daily cleanup must be verified before collection opens; new request processing also performs cleanup. Any later paid engagement has separate agreed records and retention terms.
For spam control, the database keeps opaque request references, submission times, and a keyed identifier derived from a network address and day. These expire after one day and are removed at the next cleanup. The raw network address is not stored in our inquiry database. These are pseudonymous records, not anonymous data.
Details about removal protection
Removal uses a separate daily keyed network identifier with Cloudflare’s short-window limiter and a database counter. Each counter stores that identifier, its attempt count, and a fixed one-minute window. It becomes eligible for deletion at the end of that window and is removed during the next removal attempt or daily cleanup. Counter keys contain no email, request reference, removal code, or raw network address. Repeated attempts from a shared network may briefly delay removal. Provider security counters and logs follow Cloudflare’s handling separately.
Your control
Submitting is optional. Save the reference and private removal code shown after a request is accepted. You can use them below to delete the active inquiry even when the request form is closed. Removal does not erase provider logs or backups, which follow the provider’s retention policies.
Do not include passwords, credentials, payment details, confidential material, or personal information about your clients. The demo and free checklist do not save your entries to browser storage or send them to the inquiry API.
Privacy contact
For privacy questions or a lost removal code, email leadpathqa@proton.me. For help with a previous request, use the address you submitted. We verify control of that address before acting on a manual removal request. Do not email your private removal code.
If you contact us by email, we use your email address and message to respond. Email is handled through Proton Mail, separately from the website request database; the request-removal form below does not delete email correspondence.
Before any paid work
A request does not create a service order or accept a paid contract. Seller details, scope, permission, access, timing, payment terms, and cancellation and refund terms must be supplied and agreed before payment.
