What is outside the pilot?
Fixes, ongoing monitoring, complex multi-user workflows, security audits, accessibility certification, and real purchases, bookings, or calls. No guaranteed defects or revenue results. Real inbox or CRM receipt is verified only with authorized evidence; a success screen alone is not enough.
What counts as a customer journey?
A small sequence with a clear outcome: follow a quote button, complete an authorized test contact form, or move from a service page to the correct next page. Complex accounts, payments, multi-role systems, and real bookings need separate scope and are outside this pilot.
Can you check an AI-built site?
Yes—the focus is what a visitor can do, regardless of how the site was built. Share the public or staging URL when requests open. We confirm fit and safe access before accepting work.
Will you know if a message reached my inbox?
Only if the agreed test includes authorized access or a matching receipt from the destination. The report distinguishes the form’s confirmation, a local test receipt, and real inbox or CRM delivery. Unconfirmed delivery stays unverified.
Is this an automated scanner?
No. This is a scoped, AI-assisted review with evidence checked before delivery. Our internal tools help inspect pages and prepare reports. They do not automatically verify an inbox, complete every browser journey, or run continuous monitoring.
How soon will I get a report?
We agree on a delivery date after reviewing your scope and access. There is no promised turnaround before that agreement. Paid bookings are currently closed.
What if you find no problems?
The report will say so, along with what was checked and what was not tested. A scoped review is a snapshot of those conditions, not a guarantee that the whole website is defect-free.
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
The proposed review is $299 USD, with no subscription. Written scope, payment, cancellation, and refund terms must be agreed before payment. The current site does not accept payment or create a paid booking.
