1. 01Write down the expected outcome for one quote, booking, or contact journey.
2. 02Open the starting page at desktop and mobile widths. Check that the main action is visible and usable.
3. 03Follow the main action. Confirm the destination and any change to a different website.
4. 04Check required fields, helpful labels, and understandable error messages.
5. 05With the site owner’s permission, submit labeled test data using an agreed safe test method. Avoid real purchases, bookings, and calls.
6. 06Capture the confirmation and any error. A success screen alone is not proof of delivery.
7. 07With authorized access, match the test to its inbox or CRM receipt. Otherwise mark delivery unverified.
8. 08Record the page, UTC time, browser environment, steps, expected result, observed result, and relevant evidence.
9. 09Retest reported issues after a fix. Include unchecked areas and remaining uncertainty.
